Responsibilities

The Customer Service Division of Finance serves the public by:

  • Maintaining utility accounts for residential and commercial water, sewer, trash, and recycling services.
  • Answering calls for Water and Sewer service emergencies or general questions.
  • Answering calls for Trash and Recycling service needs or questions.
  • Processing Parking citations and passes.
  • Processing Transit passes and answering route information.
  • Generating monthly utility service bills and answering questions regarding bills.
  • Conducting water meter maintenance and investigations.
