The Durango Urban Renewal Authority was established in May 2020. MidTown is the first officially adopted development area. We expect to add additional development areas in the future. Learn more about the MidTown Redevelopment Area.

Durango Development Opportunities Forum

The Durango Renewal Partnership, in partnership with Downtown Colorado Inc. and La Plata Economic Development Alliance, hosted the Durango Development Opportunities Forum on April 7, 2021.
