No Transit Service
Durango Transit does not operate on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Independence Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
Durango Transit operates regular service on federal holidays that fall on Monday if Fort Lewis College is in session: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Labor Day, and Veterans Day. The Transit Center will be closed on these Monday holidays.
