Paul Wilbert Memorial Passeggiata - Buckley Park, 1200 Main Ave
We are honored to bring back the annual Paul Wilbert Memorial Passeggiata in loving memory of our dear friend and community visionary Paul Wilbert. The Passeggiata, a slow bike ride down Main Avenue, will depart Buckley Park at 4:30 and end at 11th Street Station for Multimodal Trivia.

Multimodal Trivia will cover the topics of transportation safety, laws, current multimodal projects, and other transportation related categories. Appetizers are being sponsored by Abadie | Schill and drinks are sponsored the Durango Running Club. Appetizers and drinks are limited, so arrive early to partake.

Pedal vs. Metal Challenge - Backcountry Experience, 1205 Camino del Rio
Back by popular demand, the Pedal vs. Metal Challenge is a race against time and a variety of competitors. Participants compete in a scavenger hunt around Durango by whatever legal transportation mode they desire. Competitors will be on bikes, on motorcycles, in cars, on transit, or on foot. Meet at Backcountry Experience at noon to receive your mission and claim your prize.

Meet at the Powerhouse Science Center to join the Bike Parade and arrive at the Love Your Commute Celebration at Ska in style! The theme this year is your favorite outdoor sports gear and costumes are encouraged!

The Love Your Commute Celebration is the culmination of Clean Commute Week festivities. Come to the awards ceremony to find out the winners of the Business Commuter Challenge and the Commuter of the Year! Enjoy live music, food, drinks and fun prizes! Food is being generously sponsored by SEH and drinks are generously being sponsored by Durango Trails.

Local businesses compete to see who can bike, walk, bus, roll or carpool more than other organizations in town. Participants earn points for each sustainable trip taken from Wednesday, June 8 through Tuesday, June 14. Winners are announced at the Love Your Commute Celebration at Ska Brewing on Thursday, June 16 from 5-7 PM. Sign up early to compete!
